The director is kind, but always looks extremely tired. The consultant didn’t seem very professional, so I let what she said go in one ear and out the other, and the rest of the staff were just so-so, not particularly kind. The waiting time is always too long, and I even had to wait on the day of surgery On the day of surgery, I felt like, ah, my surgery probably won’t turn out well, so I regretted it deeply…. It feels a bit like an assembly-line clinic, so the aftercare isn’t particularly good, and they aren’t proactive about care either. They say they aim for a safe approach, but I’m suspicious whether that’s because they lack technique or what. After surgery, even close acquaintances couldn’t tell what had changed I only developed a huge amount of scar tissue lumps and ended up wasting money. Even if I request revision surgery, I wonder whether they’ll do it. There are incidents here and there, and it seems like a hospital with a lot of brokers, so just… I’d advise going to another hospital.
