They quoted almost 500,000-600,000 won cheaper if I booked the same day, and since double eyelid surgery is case-by-case and feels like luck anyway, I just booked it. Now it's been about 3 months since surgery. I slightly regret not just doing the partial incision as they recommended and instead doing natural adhesion, because the line isn't hugely different from before, but overall I'm satisfied. I hadn't even thought about upper epicanthoplasty, but they said I had to do it to get an in-semi-out line, so I did. Hmm, the scarring isn't severe, and it has faded a lot with scar injections and ointment. I worried a lot while reading failed reviews, but other than regretting not doing partial incision, I don't really have any dissatisfaction. Oh, but before the swelling went down, the upper epicanthoplasty area didn't look like an in-semi-out line and seemed a bit curled inward like an in-out line and uneven, so I contacted the manager. But as with any clinic, it felt like they were just saying it was still hard to check because of swelling, that they had recommended partial incision, and that it was the patient's fault for choosing natural adhesion~~ so I thought, of course, and felt discouraged. But luckily, once the swelling went down completely, it did turn out pretty as an in-semi-out line. The unevenness at the inner front of the eyes became really minimal. I don't think you can have perfectly symmetrical eyes, so I'm just satisfied and living with it. But I do feel the limitations of natural adhesion a lot, so,, there is a high chance that in about 3 years I'll want to raise the line and have revision surgery again, and I think I'll consider partial incision here then too. The doctor's aesthetic sense isn't bad, and the surgery staff were really kind! But,, even though I'm fine now, if the surgery had gone wrong or the line had come undone, I don't think they would handle complaints well, so I think I'd reconsider. (Still, compared with large hospitals, considering various things, it was definitely much better..;;)
Double eyelid surgery is really case-by-case, so choose carefully~~~~~~! (I didn't go after seeing an advertising price, so I wrote 0 won, and what I wrote as the surgery cost was the final amount I paid!)
