My face is not the kind with extremely prominent cheekbones, but I did have side cheekbones. That was stressful, so I always covered my face when going out, but because I did not have much money, I decided to get facial contouring and went in. After talking, they said my face shape would respond well enough, and it has been 6 months since the surgery. It looks very natural and I am living without any major side effects. I have become an egg-shaped face with smooth lines and no cheekbones. But the doctor was not especially kind... ㅎ
