As with any clinic, they were really kind during the consultation and kind even after surgery, but in aftercare they were just so-so. Also, they didn't contact me for the 6-month follow-up with the director. I'm fairly satisfied with the surgery result. I still don't have sagging, but if I gain facial fat, a double chin appears by default. If you're considering contouring surgery, I strongly recommend losing facial fat first. There were a lot of rumors that this place carves you like a doll, so maybe that was marketing, but I had very high expectations, and I felt they left quite a lot of bone behind for safety. I don't really know the reality, but that's how I felt. Still, my opinion is that I don't regret it.
