About 8 years ago, I had nose surgery for a short and wide nose, including alar reduction. I used ear cartilage, and I’ve been doing well for the past 8 years without any major side effects. The consultation was also very kind, and the aftercare following surgery was good. I also had an under-eye canthoplasty, I think, and I remember it hurting a lot for about a week. But now I’m doing well without any side effects.
