I had functional rhinoplasty for a hump nose. At first it was extremely swollen, so I wondered if it looked a bit too much, but the swelling kept going down and it completely settled into place. At the one-year mark, I’m satisfied. I keep thinking, why didn’t I do it when I was younger? To me it looks like a different nose, but people don’t really notice. I guess it just feels like my overall image became a bit more refined? People ask if I lost weight or say my face somehow got prettier. Anyway, I’m satisfied.
