This clinic is gone now, but I had my first nose surgery here in 2020. During the final consultation right before surgery, there was no warning at all that something like this could happen if the septal cartilage was insufficient, yet they put in much more silicone in the bridge than discussed during consultation, and used artificial dermis at the tip because they said there wasn’t enough septal cartilage. Even if the result after surgery had been good, that would have been something, but right after surgery the columella was severely twisted, and at another hospital a CT scan showed that the nose was badly twisted, with the cartilage protruding so much inside the nostrils that it was visible and could be felt, causing complications.. Even the nose tip implant had sagged badly. My nose wasn’t even a nose without a bridge, and my original nose was already high, but because they made it too high, my eyes became drawn together, and during this recent revision surgery I struggled with the autologous dermis that had stuck there. I am so, so angry and heartbroken..
