First of all, I was very surprised that the manager looked to be in her early 30s but was actually in her 40s, and somehow that gave me confidence. However, the manager was not particularly calm or kind, and I think she was a bit sharp. I also got the strong impression that they were pushing surgery and procedures. I went in because of hollowness under the eyes, but they recommended nose revision surgery, which left me feeling pretty bad. The director was kind too, but the price is expensive. They did make it a bit cheaper on the condition that I send in a photo of my eyes, but since under-eye fat repositioning and full-face fat grafting are charged separately, it ended up being very expensive.
