Back then I was young and didn’t know much, so I ended up getting an upper canthoplasty and ptosis correction too, surgeries I didn’t even need ㅜ People around me said the surgery went well, but.. compared with my original eyes, I felt like my eyes had lost too much of their charm.. Even if they looked okay to others, it stressed me out throughout my high school years.. First of all, apart from the asymmetry, my image became stronger.. lol Before, I had a somewhat gentle-looking face, but after surgery the area between my eyes became too narrow, so I used to draw my eyeliner out long..ㅜ I was also bothered that the inner corners of my eyes were too sharp, like hooks.. So for two years I kept wondering whether or not to get epicanthoplasty reversal.. and in the end I did it a month ago! First, I thought it would be impossible to go completely back to my old eyes, and what I wanted was to widen the area between my eyes that had become narrow and get rid of the sharpness at the inner corners as much as possible. I live in Busan, so I went around in person to clinics in Busan. My home is near Seomyeon, so I had consultations at both large and small clinics in Seomyeon. Among them, I chose the place that suited me best! During the consultation with the director, I asked him to close it up as much as possible lol I said it was okay even if my eyes got smaller... He said he would do it if that was what I wanted. Most other places told me not to do it and sent me away...ㅜ Thinking back, during surgery the director woke me up and said he would also correct the asymmetry in my eyes lol Before surgery I didn’t know I had asymmetry, but once the restoration surgery made the asymmetry disappear, I could tell haha After surgery, people I know felt awkward at first, but then they said that after epicanthoplasty reversal I looked gentler and better.. They said my old eyes were okay too, but now looks more natural.. My boyfriend strongly opposed it at first too, but after I had it done, he said I looked gentler and much better lol Other people may not notice, but I am extremely satisfied with my epicanthoplasty reversal!
