I think the director is someone with a lot of contradictions. On YouTube, they always criticize patients who had the wrong surgery because they didn’t look into things properly and just blindly trusted what the doctor said, but when a patient actually studies properly and asks them questions, they get angry and say not to be suspicious. Is the logic that other doctors should be questioned, but they themselves shouldn’t be questioned...? Originally, I was definitely going to have surgery at this hospital, but the more times I see the director, the less trust I feel instead.
