I also had puffiness under my eyes, but my tear trough/Indian lines were severe I looked it up online, and it said cases like mine need under-eye fat repositioning, so I went for a consultation right away. It was good because the director explained in detail why my under-eye area had become puffy and how under-eye fat repositioning should be done. But honestly, the price was a bit expensive, so I thought about it a lot.. After the consultation, on my way back, I kept thinking about it, and after worrying over it, I figured that if I was going to do it anyway, I should spend some money and get it done properly without side effects, so I just booked it and had the surgery. I’m one week post-op now, so the swelling hasn’t gone down yet, but I think it turned out well
