Because of my habit of opening my eyes using my forehead, I had long-standing forehead wrinkles, so I went for a consultation on ptosis correction. They recommended a forehead lift. I understand the reasoning, but if the habit of opening my eyes with my forehead is not resolved, wrinkles will form afterward too, so I felt it was not a fundamental solution. I may also have my own aversion to it, but a forehead lift is not a simple surgery either... They talked about options other than a forehead lift as if they were temporary fixes, so it felt ambiguous.
