My eyes originally had double eyelids that came and went, so it had been 12 years since my double eyelids came undone, but starting one day I developed so many milia and they stung.. so in the end I got buried-suture double eyelid surgery.
The result is that the surgery went well and other people say it’s pretty, but it ended up much higher than my original double eyelids, so I want to undo it. My surgeon says he can undo it and lower it, but...
In case it has naturally formed adhesions, I’m planning to soon just undo the buried sutures and watch the progress..
There were no other functional side effects.
Because my skin is on the thicker side, my eyelids still look a bit swollen.. and it looks a lot like there’s a stair-step height difference..?
