At first I thought if I made the nose surgery too excessive it might look strange, so I made it as natural as possible, but I didn’t like the line. This time I wanted a more glamorous style, so I looked up revision surgery reviews on this community, and the line was exactly the kind of feeling I wanted. I went for a consultation this time, and I had thought the director’s style was always glamorous, but it seemed like they work according to the line the patient wants. For my first surgery I had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, so I was quoted a revision with autologous costal cartilage + nose tip revision while replacing the silicone.
