I had my first surgery 2 years ago with silicone + tip + osteotomy, but I didn't like the shape, so I looked for reviews because I wanted a revision for the tip and the line. The style was exactly what I wanted, so I made a reservation. There was some waiting, but I figured every hospital has waiting times, so I let it go, and during the consultation the director explained the surgical materials. They recommended a revision with autologous costal cartilage while replacing the silicone. I mentioned donated rib cartilage because I was worried about scarring, and they confidently said they could perform the surgery with as little scarring as possible when harvesting autologous cartilage and that it would be almost unnoticeable. They said they would match what I wanted. I liked that they were trying to reflect my opinion as much as possible rather than forcing it on me.
