The wait was not painfully long, but there was some waiting. The manager checked the basics, gave me a quote, and then I met with the director right away. The director looked a little tired. Still, they answered my questions well. From the explanation, it seemed like they understood the direction I wanted. But the cost is a little over the limit I had in mind, so I’m deliberating about it.
