I live outside Seoul, so I can’t go to many places and only went to about two consultations. One place quoted in the 3 million won range, and one place quoted in the high 6 million won range, even though it’s my first surgery.. The price difference is so big that I’m confused The first hospital, the one that quoted 3 million, said they would try surgery with silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and that donated costal cartilage could be used. The second hospital, in the 6 million won range, recommended autologous costal cartilage. It’s a place famous for a dramatic style.. Both places said my nose is crooked. The second hospital said correcting a deviated nose is difficult, and with autologous costal cartilage added, the cost is expensive. They also said no review discount or anything like that is possible. It is a famous place and I liked the consultation overall, but for a first nose surgery it feels too expensive, so I’m wondering if I should go to more consultations
