I'm a man, and I have a hump, but I do have a nasal bridge and only the nasal tip was drooping, so I had cartilage tying done. There is still swelling, but I'm satisfied with the result. As the cartilage was tied, the nasal corner width became narrower and the nasal tip lifted, so it really feels like I'm looking at a celebrity nose, not my own nose (just the nose).
