I had nose surgery here for the first time 3 years ago. I heard a lot of comments that my nose looked pretty, but because I became greedy and wanted to correct the feeling that the tip had sagged a little and looked long, I went after getting recommendations from people around me. Right after surgery, the shape was fine, but after a few months the nose started to lift, the nostrils became fully visible, the nostrils became completely uneven, the silicone was all showing, they cut away the whole columella, and even the temporal fascia was torn, and 3 years later it still hurts. It throbs. I was young and did not know anything about noses, so I really regret it. If I had studied nose surgery like I have now, I would not have had nose surgery 4 times now. My eyes were done by another eye specialist. They pulled the back of the eye completely open, so I ended up with a downward-hooked eye shape. Anyone can tell I had back canthoplasty, the red part of the eye is fully visible, and that area has tears all the time.
