I went for a nose surgery consultation, and I liked that the director explained the before-and-after process with Photoshop, and the manager was extremely kind. However, I was worried because they said that even for surgery without an implant, I would still have to use silicone, at least in a thin layer. If silicone hadn’t been necessary, I think I would have had the surgery here.
