The first place I went when I decided I wanted nose surgery was the famous Banobagi.. I didn’t have to wait long before going straight into the consultation.. The consultation manager was kind and explained everything very calmly and well.. I went in to talk to the director saying I only wanted the tip of the nose.. They said it would probably be fine using ear cartilage and septum cartilage.. It was a female director, and she explained everything very neatly Just in case, I asked if they didn’t recommend philtrum reduction, and they said no They said the scar would be far too noticeable.. Then I consulted again with the manager and got the estimate.. The cost was not as high as I expected, and they said if I did it as a functional nose surgery, I could get about 500,000 won back through insurance reimbursement.. They also didn’t pressure me for a deposit, which I really liked.. Later they called me and told me to come in for a CT scan if I wanted to do the rhinitis surgery too, but I also wanted philtrum reduction so I didn’t book it..
