I had my first rhinoplasty. I’m 2 weeks post-op now, and the director was kind and gentle during the consultation. They said aesthetic sense comes down to the finest difference in detail, so I trusted them and left it to them. They aligned well with the direction I wanted, and I really like the overall harmony and shape, but right now my columella is bent, so I don’t know if it’s swelling or what, and my nostrils are uneven. When I go back for my follow-up in a month, I’m planning to ask about it again.
