They took photos with a DSLR and consulted while Photoshopping my side profile on the spot The consultation wasn't about making only the nose look dramatic; they considered facial proportions and overall vibe They designed it in a way that would make the midface look as short as possible They said since my midface is long, if the glabella gets higher it will look even longer, so that would be the end of it; focus on raising the nasal tip rather than the bridge Shave the slight hump, place a thin layer of silicone, and use septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip as much as possible However, since the glabella and nasal bridge won't be raised much, they said there would be a limit to how much the tip can be raised as the main focus When I asked if it couldn't be raised more even by using rib cartilage, they said using rib cartilage for a first surgery would be overdoing it, and even if it could be used, raising it this much with only septal cartilage and ear cartilage is optimal Because of asymmetry, the starting point and endpoint positions of the nostril wing? are different on both sides, so they said I would need to account for that even after surgery They said nasolabial angle correction would also be good; I saw nasolabial angle cases on the blog and they looked pretty, so I also said okay Both the director and consultant were kind
