My previous nose had a low nasal tip and a high nasal bridge, and I had a hump. I also had a deviated septum, so I couldn’t breathe well. We decided to raise only the nasal tip and correct the hump. Septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, and no silicone was used. I’m now 2 weeks post-op, and breathing is comfortable. My nose also looks natural and pretty.
