I had only septum and ear cartilage tip surgery 8 years ago. It was so natural that people around me did not even know I had had cosmetic nose surgery T_T It was a surgery I found painful and very disappointing. I think the director at that time focused too much on making it look natural. I am thinking about revision surgery these days.
