I went to consultations at clinics grouped together because they either do autologous costal cartilage surgery or only nose surgery. It was my first surgery, but I wanted to succeed in one go, so I got a CT scan and had a consultation. The director seemed to do a lot of nose surgeries, and when I told him the shape I wanted, he immediately told me how the surgery should be done, while carefully consulting by looking back and forth between the monitor and me, which I liked~ The cost was on the high side~~
