I think rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose is a bit more difficult than other nose types, so I looked for a place specializing in noses. Unlike other places, here the consultation with the director came first. The director was calm, and to compare him to something, he felt like an old friend of my dad. He said osteotomy and alar reduction weren't necessary, and that just raising the bridge and tip nicely with silicone and ear cartilage would definitely improve the bulbous nose. In particular, he said my nose was on the small side, so if we added too many things, there could be major side effects later. He didn't push anything unnecessarily, and instead thought from my perspective, so I gained a lot of trust in that part. At other places, they recommended osteotomy and alar reduction too, but after consulting here I thought about it again. He seemed to have a lot of surgery experience, and he was very confident because of that. He really seemed like a specialist. The consultation was also longer than at other places. Oh, and there was a 10,000-won consultation fee here, so I thought it was a bit of a waste, but after the consultation I felt it was worth even more than that.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
