About 4 years ago, I had surgery for tip cartilage binding, septal cartilage support, and an artificial dermis bridge. I did not want a surgery that involved foreign materials, and I wanted a natural, small result. I chose this hospital because it was one of the specialist non-open-rhinoplasty clinics, and the consultation showed they could get the result closest to what I wanted. Using artificial dermis definitely does not make the bridge look very clean, but it came out exactly as I expected and just right, so I am satisfied. Honestly, it is so natural that I sometimes think I should have been more ambitious and added silicone, but my original goal was almost achieved, so I want to give it a high score.
