It’s almost been 6 months since the surgery. I had silicone 4.5, osteotomy, alar reduction, tip surgery (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, mesh), and paranasal augmentation on one side. (The mesh was done with my consent because when they opened the nose during surgery, the septal cartilage was too weak and too small to provide support.) I’m 100 percent satisfied with the nose surgery results. The reason I chose Miplus was that I’m a man, and at other hospitals they would choose the silicone based on the forehead bone, with most of them recommending at least 5 mm and sometimes over 6 mm if higher, but here the doctor said that for the nose to start naturally, the starting point should be based on the double eyelid line, and recommended 4 mm, which suited my preference for natural results, so I booked the surgery right away. On the day of surgery, after a brief consultation with the director (from my consultation with the doctor, I felt like the doctor had a very strong taste?? I brought nose photos I wanted, but I just trusted them and went ahead), I went into the operating room and had the surgery under anesthesia. The anesthesia was not very deep, so I woke up in the middle, and when I did, the doctor told me what was being done, and if I said it was hard, they gave me more anesthesia. I had a really hard time because my bleeding would not stop ㅠㅠ After the surgery, the hospital took such good care of me that I was really grateful, and they checked my progress well every 1 and 3 months and even did nose massages, which was great. Also, because I had a severe boxy nose, many other hospitals would say things like the alar reduction would only leave scars and didn’t recommend it, so I was worried, but I trusted the doctor at Miplus and went ahead with the alar reduction. The result came out really well. My nose became slimmer than before, and there are no incision marks from the alar reduction at all, so people don’t notice it ㅋㅋ And the short nose was lengthened by the doctor, so my nose feels much slimmer ㅋㅋ Even acquaintances who were against cosmetic surgery say that when they see me after the surgery, my impression has become more refined, and they praise me for doing it ㅋㅋ Also, I had a deviated septum, and while doing the osteotomy the doctor corrected it well, so my nasal congestion definitely improved compared to before the surgery. There is not much sign that I had nose surgery, so people who see me for the first time after the surgery don’t know until I tell them. The paranasal augmentation was also placed on one side just to correct asymmetry, but after the surgery I didn’t feel any foreign body sensation at all, so I wondered whether it had even been inserted ㅋㅋㅋ If I press on it, it feels like something is there ㅋㅋ My mother also saw my surgery results and says it was worth the money, and every time she looks at my nose she feels proud. The aftercare is also so good, and I really think I chose well for my nose surgery.

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
