I had the dorsal hump shaved down, and I believed the saying that if you remove it, it comes back about the same, so I had the surgery, but now I look worse than I did naturally. Why did they say it would come back about the same? The tip of my nose spread out like a Black person's nose, the bridge became sunken after shaving the hump, and the nose became broad. But the tip was made into a total boxy nose. When I touch the tip, should I say that something hardened and widened sideways? They made it into a completely different person's nose lol. After the first surgery I was only unhappy, but I could still live with it. I don't know why they talked nonsense about it coming back about the same, and later on started saying probabilistic stuff like it might come back. Every time I look at my nose I feel stressed, and thanks to them it looks like I'll have to get revision surgery. I'm really grateful, seriously, what a joke. They made it into a completely different person.
