I had surgery for a crooked nose, osteotomy, hump nose, silicone, nose tip, septum, and ear cartilage. First of all, the shape is fine from the side. It has a straight-but-slightly-curved feeling. From the front, correcting the bulbous nose also makes the impression look a little cleaner (when taking photos). However, as some other reviews here also mention, my rhinitis became severe after the surgery. I originally had allergic rhinitis, but I did not have nasal congestion in daily life. Now my nose is blocked almost all day .... I cannot say the surgery was wrong, but anyway, these symptoms appeared for me, and this is not something that can be undone by removal, so nose surgery seems to require extreme caution.
