For the surgery, I had silicone, nasal tip surgery (septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage), osteotomy, and columella surgery!
Like everyone else, I used to think negatively? about donated costal cartilage, but before surgery, they recommended donated costal cartilage because they said my nose wouldn’t come out perfectly with just ear cartilage and septal cartilage. They also said that if I really didn’t want it, surgery could still be done with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but since I was getting surgery anyway, I asked them to do it with donated costal cartilage hahaha. In the end, I’m extremely satisfied! There was no pain at all! If anything, the thread lifting I had before felt more painful? haha It was just uncomfortable because of the cotton packing~~ When I first posted my review, from the front my nasal tip looked a bit blunt, so I only posted the side view, but now I think the swelling seen from the front has gone down too, so I’m posting them together!!!
