I wanted a non-implant surgery where they would only shave things down because I have a hump nose and a high bridge, and I was scared of complications, but they recommended silicone because my skin is thinㅠ I liked that they were honest about things like the fact that because my face is asymmetrical, lifting the tip of my nose could make the crooked part look more visible. But the waiting time was insanely longㅠㅠ
