I booked a consultation because they said they’re good at natural lines without implants. Maybe the day I went happened to be especially busy, but I seemed to wait quite a while. That made me a bit irritated, but both the coordinator and the director were kind, and I had taken notes because I had a lot of questions, and they answered all of them in detail. Also, the director showed me a virtual simulation on a tablet of what my nose would look like if it were operated on, and I liked that. Overall, they did seem busy.
