I had surgery for rhinitis and nose revision three months ago. My septum was very crooked and my rhinitis was severe, so I had both functional and cosmetic work done. I had previously had Gore-Tex placed up to the bridge, so it was removed and changed to silicone, and the tip was done with donated costal cartilage. Right after surgery, there was blood collection, so the bridge looked very swollen... After they removed the splint and drained the blood right away, no more blood collected. I had revision surgery because the tip was drooping, turning into a hooked nose, and looking too long... but since I still have swelling, it has not come out in the shape I wanted, so I'm planning to inquire about AS at the 3-month mark this time.
