Before <pre-op front> After <3 months post-op front> Before <pre-op side> After <3 months post-op side> Before <pre-op bottom> After <3 months post-op bottom> Nasal tip lifting/length reduction + nostril lowering + silicone nasal bridge implant
It’s already been about 3 months since my nose surgery.
<Before surgery> Originally, I had a long, droopy nose, and the tip felt like a bulbous nose + fist-like nose. My nasal bridge was on the higher side, but the bone was a bit thick, so it lacked a three-dimensional look.
To make the bridge look slimmer, I had either 1.4 or 1.6 mm silicone inserted (3D custom silicone), and ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used for the nasal tip.
<After surgery> Until 2 months after nose surgery, the swelling between my eyebrows was severe, so it looked like an Avatar nose, and because of overcorrection, the nasal tip also looked a bit upturned.
Now that 3 months have passed, the glabella area came out according to the design that was planned at first. (As designed with the 3D program)
The nasal tip definitely looks more natural than before, but I still can’t shake the feeling that it is slightly upturned ㅠㅠ People around me say it looks fine, but I wish it would come down just a tiny bit more... Since it’s only been 3 months, I’ll post another review on changes in the nasal tip after 6 months.
Even now, after 3 months, my nose is still quite hard. The nostril wing/tip area (?) has become soft, but the nasal tip is still hard, so if I accidentally touch it even lightly, it hurts, and I think it will take some time to loosen up ㅠㅠ
