It has already been 10 years since I had surgery with silicone and autologous dermis at the nasal tip.
After the surgery, the nasal bridge was slightly tilted, so I kept wondering whether to have revision surgery or not, but I was scared and felt like it might fail if I did it again, so I just lived with it somehow.
Normally it does not happen, but when I am stressed or drink heavily, I feel a slight foreign-body sensation. That bothers me, and the implant also seems to show through more than before, so I am going to look into clinics to have it removed.
I really hope you are especially careful when getting nose surgery.. If it is not a serious complex, I think it is right not to do it.
