It has been more than 4 years since the surgery, and this was my first plastic surgery clinic. At first, my nose was a bit wide, and the bridge was on the higher side, but the tip surgery only gave it a somewhat shaped appearance. They said they would correct the hump, but now there is still a very small hump. From the side, you can see the hump, so no one would know I had surgery. The tip was pinched a bit, but it is still a very big nose. Everyone says my nose is too big. And I had alar reduction with an external incision, but my nostrils are still very large now... I hope to get revision rhinoplasty. My front cheek fat looked pretty when I had it done, though. I went there because an acquaintance worked there, and I really regret it. Oh, and while I was in the middle of surgery, I woke up briefly and went to the bathroom. In that dazed state, a staff member guided me to the bathroom, but someone from the operating room just tossed me into the elevator and kept texting on their phone. So it felt rude, scary, and unsettling.
