I had a consultation about a hump nose with manager Han ㅅㅎ and Director Hong Jinju around 10 a.m. on a weekday. 1. Hump nose treatment method: open surgery, no cutting of the nasal bone, shave down the protruding hump + use silicone to make the nasal bridge look higher. For the tip, they use ear cartilage and septal cartilage. 2. Doctor’s kindness and expertise: Just like I’d heard on YouTube, the doctor was kind, trustworthy, and explained things in detail, which I liked. They explained gently and well why an implant is needed. 3. Manager’s kindness: She was unfriendly and, maybe because I seemed frustrated or couldn’t make a decision right away, she answered my questions very briefly.. Even her eyes looked scary during the consultation.. I was surprised because she walked briskly both when entering and leaving the consultation room. 4. Facility: The interior design was luxurious. 5. Surgery expectations: Because the consultation manager dismissed my concerns before surgery, I already have low expectations that after surgery my condition might also be met with, 'Other people don’t have this, only you do.'
