The doctor is the type who honestly says what he thinks. He actually advised against surgery for me. I liked that there was less of a commercial feel and that he was straightforward. The downside was that maybe because he had already made up his mind, he gave rather half-hearted answers to my actual questions. I had gone there because I was considering a major surgery either way, but he wanted to end the consultation quickly, so I didn’t feel all that good about it. As for the consultation manager, she answered neatly only about the consultation process and the things I was curious about, and I liked that she never pushed surgery or anything like that.
