I made an appointment and went, but when the consultation time came they still didn't come, so I went to the bathroom and came back, and then they came in 5 minutes later. The manager said I had a lot of eye fat, but another hospital said I didn't. I was surprised when they spoke to me informally during the consultation, but still, they explained things in detail. Doesn't seem like a very friendly system.
