I don’t have a lot of fat in my eyes, but they’re thick, so an incision was recommended. They said the difference in eye size is caused by differences in the eye socket structure. I’m also planning to get LASIK, but they recommended doing the eye plastic surgery first and then the LASIK. They were very kind and explained things in great detail.
