Before/after before before At first, when I was looking into clinics, I thought I’d only do this and never do anything again, but I’m much more satisfied than I expected, so now I want to do my arms tooㅋㅋㅋ Since the clinic is also helping me with aftercare, dieting, dietary control, and nutrition counseling, this is the easiest weight loss I’ve ever done in my life I should slowly start strength training now too, but of course I still don’t want to exercise..^^ The hard lumps that formed after surgery were so firm that I worried a lot, wondering what I’d do if they didn’t soften, but as the regular treatment end date is approaching, it’s amazing that they’ve almost all softenedㄷㄷ There’s still a little firmness left, so I think I’ll need to get some additional care..ㅠㅠ Still, since my waist got slimmer, my clothing style has completely changed compared with before and after surgery My confidence has increased, so I’m really happy these daysㅎㅎ
