As I got older, age-related fat started accumulating around my bra line and settling there thickly. Even when I wore underwear and a T-shirt, the fit was totally awful. I went around for consultations and had surgery in early June. I’m managing it with radiofrequency treatment, paying attention to swelling reduction, and also taking care of scar management. Until 2 weeks, I was swollen, and it was hard when lying down and getting up. I still have some residual swelling. I’m hoping for a size reduction. I also started dieting.
