Eye Surgery Reviews

Anyone who had double-eyelid surgery three times...? That’s me. FINALLY, major success with Cookie’s revision eye surgery

My double-eyid crease came undone five years ago, so I had revision surgery. But after a few more years, perhaps because my eyelid skin sagged a little, the crease became thinner and my expression ended up looking more blurred than before. During consultations, other clinics used my previous scars as an excuse to insist on incision surgery and add various expensive procedures, which was draining me... At the last eye-surgery consultation, I went to Cookie. The director said my eyes could become clear again with buried sutures alone, without incision surgery. I was worried they might come undone again even though there was no excessive recommendation, but when I saw them create exactly the natural in-out crease I wanted, there was no reason not to do it there, so I decided immediately lol.

Since it was buried-suture surgery, there was almost no bruising even on the day itself—only the crease was slightly puffy. Around day ten, the major swelling had completely gone down, and I could immediately see the previously covered crease showing through. Until one month, there was slight morning swelling, as if I had eaten ramen before bed, but it settled completely after lunch, so it did not interfere with daily life at all lol. People around me were amazed that I had revision eye surgery but had so little swelling and scarring. I have now reached exactly two months, and as my previously heavy, covered eyes became clear again, makeup has become enjoyable. Most of all, it feels incredibly relieving to restore the crease lightly without worrying about scars lol. I was very worried because this was my third revision, but I’m extremely satisfied. If your double-eyelid crease has become faint like mine, I recommend Cookie!!
