I haven't had my braces removed yet, but orthodontic treatment definitely seems to have the effect of improving face shape. Orthodontics + Botox can improve a square jaw to some extent. A two-jaw surgery is scary, but if you want to move away from a square jaw, consider orthodontics + Botox once~
