Among the places I visited while shopping around for eye surgery consultations, this was the first place I went. Overall, they were kind and just generally okay. But when they drew the line for me, the line was completely different from what I was aiming for, so I wasn’t drawn to it, and the cost was also a bit higher than expected. There was also some pressure to book on the same day. When I said I wouldn’t, I could see the consultant’s expression stiffen a bit. I wanted to see eye photos of patients the director had operated on before, but they said there were no photos, so I couldn’t see any. Also, other places didn’t recommend certain things, but only here they said everything was possible, so my trust dropped.
