This was the first place I visited while going around for eye surgery consultations. Overall, they were kind and average. But when they designed the line, the line was quite different from what I was aiming for, so I didn’t feel drawn to it, and the cost was also higher than expected. There was also some pressure to book on the same day. When I said I wouldn’t, I could see the consultant’s expression stiffen a bit. I wanted to see eye photos of patients the director had operated on before, but they said they didn’t have photos, so I couldn’t see any. Also, other places didn’t recommend certain things, but only here they said everything was possible, so my trust went down.
