Columellar retraction, blunt nasal tip, blunt nasal dorsum Even though I had seen an old review saying their columella became retracted and they needed revision rhinoplasty, I thought it wouldn’t happen to me and got it done. But I ended up exactly the same. I need revision surgery. I regret not paying more and getting it done at a place that’s good. Don’t just say they’re kind; go to a place that’s skilled and get it done.
