Columellar retraction, blunt nasal tip, blunt nasal dorsum Even though I had seen a review before saying they developed columellar retraction and needed revision rhinoplasty, I thought that wouldn't happen to me and got it done. But the exact same thing happened to me. I need revision surgery. I'm regretting not paying more and getting it done at a place that's good. Don't just say they're kind; go somewhere that is skilled and get it done there.
